Premier Medical Group Physicians Support 1:1 Career Academy Technology

Premier Medical Group physicians sign on for second year as supporters of the Education Foundation’s 1:1 Career Academy Technology Initiative benefitting the students in the Northwest High School Health Science Academy. Dr. Lance Shirley pictured with Foundation Board president, Brian Taylor and Executive Director, Candy Johnson, shared his sentiments about Premier Medical placing education high on their agenda of charitable giving. “As physicians we know the importance of getting a great education and with many of our children and physicians graduating from public schools we know that CMCSS is doing a great job preparing students for the next steps in life as evidenced by the work they are doing within the academies of CMCSS.”

“Premier Medical has always been so eager to invest their funds with the Foundation because they see first-hand the quality of the programs we support within CMCSS”, says Brian Taylor.

Candy Johnson said, “They not only support the technology initiatives, but they also co-sponsor the Wyatt Johnson Pass and Go event for advanced placement students, the Academic Awards Banquet and are Count Me In Endowment supporters.” They have proven that they are vested in this community by their service to our schools and the greater Clarksville community. We are fortunate to have businesses like Premier join us in making a difference for the future of Clarksville-Montgomery County!”

The check was presented during the Leadership CMCSS class session on Smaller Learning Communities of CMCSS where Dr. Shirley had the opportunity to speak to the group about  various ways anyone could partner with a CMCSS academy.
